• 2. Current Member Participant (INCLUDES FULL MEAL PACKAGE) – $545.00
  Current (2015) Member who will participate as a panel member for all three days. Includes 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 3 dinners ($280); Registration Fee ($265)
• 3. Author Participant (INCLUDES FULL MEAL PACKAGE) – $470.00
  Background Report Author participating in panel discussions for all 3 days. Includes 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 3 dinners ($250); Registration Fee ($220)
• 4. Observer (MEALS NOT INCLUDED - choose individual meals for additional cost) – $75.00
  Observers do not not participate in any panel discussions but have the freedom to move between panels to observe the discussions taking place. No meals are included, but you will have the opportunity to purchase individual meals on the next registration page.
• 5. Meal functions ONLY (choose individual meals at additional cost)
  Anyone from the general public or guests of participants/observers may attend individual meal functions. Cost is determined by meal choices.
