An essential element to the success of these consensus-driven discussions is the background report that is provided to all participants before the Town Hall convenes. As they have so often done for past Arizona Town Halls, the University of Arizona has prepared a detailed and informative report that will provide a unique and unparalleled resource for Town Hall panel sessions. Hard copies of this 181-page report was provided to all participants prior to the Town Hall.
