Speakers at the 91st session were Bruce Babbitt, former U. S. Secretary of the Interior and Dr. Arthur C. (Chris) Nelson, Director of the Metropolitan Institute and Professor of Urban Affairs and Planning at Virginia Tech based in Alexandria, Virginia.
